Frequently Asked Questions
- WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
-
My studio is located at 1310 Jacksonville Drive in Henderson, Texas. I serve Henderson and the surrounding East Texas communities such as Tyler, Longview, Kilgore and other nearby towns.
- HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY SESSION?
-
The earlier the better! My calendar books up months in advance. If you want a fall session, contact me in the summer. If you want a spring session, contact me in the fall.
- HOW MUCH DOES A SESSION COST?
-
There are different session types ranging in price. In addition to the session fee, you will be able to purchase printed artwork and digital images from your photo session. All pricing, collections and a la carte, will be shared with you at your in person portrait consultation.
- HOW DO I JOIN THE CPP SENIOR TEAM?
-
CPP SENIOR team members are rising seniors who want to be a part of a fun experience during their senior year. The VIP list opens in January of your junior year and those on the list get the info to apply.
- HOW DO I SEE A PRICING GUIDE?
-
To see a pricing guide and get more information about our senior photography services, you can contact us to set up an in-person consultation at the studio. During this consultation, we'll get to see a complete pricing guide and learn all the details about our services and product lines. It's a great way to get to know each other and ensure that you have a clear understanding of our services and pricing up front. You can contact me directly to schedule your consultation or use the booking option on the website to find a time that works with your schedule.
- WHAT HAPPENS AT THE CONSULTATION?
-
During the in-person consultation, we'll have the opportunity to discuss your visions and expectations for your senior photos. We'll talk about the different options for your session, including locations, wardrobe, and props, and we'll also discuss pricing and the products that are available to you, such as custom artwork, prints, albums, and digital files.
In addition to the business details, the consultation is a chance for us to get to know each other better. We'll talk about your interests and hobbies, your style preferences, and any special requests you may have for your photos. By the end of the consultation, we'll have a customized plan for your session that will capture your personality and style.
And finally, if you decide to work with me, you will be asked to pay a reservation fee that holds two dates on my calendar - one for your senior photo session and one for your view and order appointment. We'll schedule these dates during the consultation to ensure that they work with your schedule. The reservation fee is non-refundable and a portion of it may be applied to your final purchase at your view and order appointment.
- CANCELLATION POLICY / WHAT ABOUT THE WEATHER?
-
If you're feeling under the weather, let me know ASAP so we can reschedule the session for a better time.
If the weather is looking sketchy, we'll make a plan together to keep everyone safe. I might suggest moving the session to a different day or time if the forecast is looking super crazy.
Even if it's a little overcast or there's a slight chance of rain, we'll still totally do the shoot! Those kind of days can make for some super cool and unique photos. Plus, I'm a pro at dealing with different weather conditions and can suggest some awesome alternative locations or ways to make the most of the weather.
Just know that I'm here to make sure we get the best pics possible, so I might have some suggestions of my own. The most important thing is to be flexible and open to new ideas, together we'll make sure to create some amazing memories of your senior photography session. Rain or shine, we got this!
